PHONE CONSULTATIONS

 

During a Phone Consultation you will be given an in-dept evaluation to analyze your current health status and health history. All questions concerning your health (mind and body) will be addressed and you will be educated on various do’s and don't's about food and herbal supplements. After the conclusion of your phone consultation an individualized program will be created and emailed to you. This program will provide information on wellness strategies, a nutritional food plan, and supplements that will benefit you in achieving your health goals. Phone Consultations are scheduled by appointment only.

How does it work?

Click on this link to book your online consultation appointment. Please follow the directions that are emailed to you shortly after scheduling your appointment. Be sure to complete the client intake form and email it back to our administrative assistant. On the day and time of your appointment the doctor will call the number you provided on your scheduling profile. Please be advised that you must live within the 60 countries listed on our calling plan to receive a free call from our doctors. Click Here to see if your country is listed on our calling plan. If your country is not listed on our calling plan then you must schedule an online consultation. All appointments are scheduled according to eastern standard time.

How long does it take?

Phone consultations can take a minimum of 40 - 60 minutes. However, if more time is needed the doctor will provide extra time without an additional charge. Our primary purpose is to provide you the best health care possible. We do not believe in "watching the clock" so if more time is needed for a client it will be given free of charge.

What do I need prior to my phone consultation appointment?

It is very important for you to complete the client intake form and email it back to our administrative assistant at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should I schedule a phone consultation or an online consultation?

Unfortunately some countries do not qualify for a phone consultation. If this is the case then an online consultation is the best alternative. We have an excellent calling plan which allows us to call land lines in over 60 countries for free. Click Here to see if your country is listed on our calling plan. If your country is not listed on our calling plan then an online consultation is your only option.

Can I contact the doctor for questions or concerns after my phone consultation?

Yes, we understand that clear communication between you and our holistic practitioners is crucial during your healing process. Therefore, our doctors are accessible to you during this time. Clients of Dr Akilah will have free unlimited access to her via email. If you have scheduled an appointment with Dr Mark Bloomberg you can email or cal him within 7 days after your initial consultation. All questions or concerns after this time period must be done through a paid mini-consultation.

I scheduled my appointment and made payment but haven't received my confirmation?

Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder when scheduling an appointment or contacting any member of our staff. Sometimes our email replies, appointment confirmation and reminders are placed in spam by your email provider.
