Ever since natural medicine has become popular, many allopathic physicians and herbal new comers have taken it upon themselves to use an “H” instead of a “W”. I personally believe that your body is WHOLE not a HOLE. Your body consists of three bodies. The Physical, The Mental, and The Spiritual. These three bodies make you whole or complete. This is why other naturopaths and myself spell it Wholistic and not Holistic because your body is not a Hole (a center filled with void), it is Whole meaning complete. I am not by any means saying that there is a right way or a wrong way to spell this word. What I am saying is that I consider myself a student of the “Old School” and decided to keep tradition going.

I really can’t say if curing myself of cancer was hard or easy. When I was healing my body of the disease the only challenge I faced was cleansing out negative emotions, and replacing it with loving thoughts. I didn’t realize how much I hated myself until I was given the exercise called “Mirror of Love”. This exercise was not easy for me to perform. What I had to do was look at my reflection in the mirror and tell each part of my body that I love it and why I loved it. This seemed so silly to me but for some reason I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t look in the mirror and say I love my hair, eyes, nose, or even say, “I love you” to myself. I couldn’t say these things because I didn’t love myself. Not completely anyway. I also realized that I had a lot of hate, anger, and resentment inside. These emotions caused my cancer. Cleansing my body was really the easy part of ridding myself of the cancer. Cleansing my emotional body was very difficult, but with positive people and determination, the difficult task was completed.
Most common areas for breast cancer is near the armpits. I find that one of the leading causes of breast cancer is in the use of anti-perspirants. Most of the products out there are an antiperspirants/deodorant combination. Regular deodorants are fine, but anti-perspirants are not. Here ‘s why: The human body has several areas that it uses to purge toxins; behind the knees, behind the ears, groin area, and armpits just to name a few. The toxins are purged in the form of perspiration. Anti-perspirants, as the name clearly indicates, prevents you from perspiring, there by inhibiting the body from purging toxins from the armpits. The toxins that are supposed to be excreted from your armpits don’t go away when you use antiperspirants. The body deposits them in the lymph nodes below the arms since it cannot sweat them out. Nearly all breast cancer tumors occur in the upper outside quadrant of the breast area. This is precisely where the lymph nodes are located. Additionally, men are less likely (but not completely exempt) to develop beast cancer prompted by antiperspirants usage because most of the anti-perspirants product is caught in their hair and is not directly applied to the skin. Women who apply antiperspirant right after shaving increases the risk further because shaving causes almost imperceptible nicks in the skin which give the chemicals entrance into the body from the armpit area. Caffeine products and radiation from mammograms also cause breast cancer but I will touch on that subject another time.
I have found that there are three surgeries that make weight loss more difficult: hysterectomies, thyroid removals, and removals of the appendix. Generally speaking, the removal of any organ of the body will have some negative effects. After all, God did not accidentally supply us with extra organs. In the case of hysterectomies, there are two contributing factors. First, the uterus has several uses. One of them is to eliminate waste so that the ovum can be fertilized. When this channel of elimination is lost, toxic waste tend to build in the body. Second, the ovaries secrete a hormone that assists in breaking down fat in the body.. When the ovaries are gone it becomes quite difficult to lose weight. In additions, when the ovaries are gone, almost without exception women start to suffer with thyroid problems. Why? Because the thyroid gland also helps break down fat in the body. When the ovaries are gone, the thyroid has to do what it was doing plus what the ovaries were doing. This is why many women have to go on thyroid medication after having a hysterectomy. The thyroid gland regulates the metabolism. Without it, many people experience extreme weight gain and digestive disorders instantly. The appendix is a small appendage that protrudes from the colon where it connects to the small intestine. The appendix is a lymph organ that detoxifies poisons in the colon. Removal of the appendix causes bloating and constipation. For those who have had their appendix removed, it is crucial to take whatever tips possible to keep the colon clean. It is dangerous not to. Drink plenty of water and keep concentrated foods to a minimum in your diet. I would of course suggest that you contact us for a nutritional diet plan for this condition
I receive this question often. The medical society states that there is no cure for the common cold. I will agree with them to a certain point. There may not be a cure in their eyes but there is always prevention in our eyes. Keeping the immune system strong will always prevent you from “catching” a cold. However, if your immune system is a little week the first thing I would do is check your thoughts. People with a host of negative thoughts weaken their immune system. I like to use Zig Ziglar’s phrase “Stinkin’ Thinkin’.” People with Stinkin Thinkin usually get colds. Eliminate negative words out of your vocabulary and thoughts. While your working on your thinking take at least 1,000 to 2,000 milligrams of Vitamin C three times a day. As soon as you feel any cold symptoms coming on, eat two cloves of raw garlic. Don’t plan on kissing anyone anytime soon after this one but at least you’ll feel better. I would also suggest taking echinacea extract. Put a dropperful of this tincture in a little warm water (or tea) and drink it four times a day. Suck on some zinc gluconate or zinc acetate lozenges with vitamin C to prevent throat irritations. Finally drink ginger root tea with a ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. After drinking this, I suggest that you get in the bed and cover up with as many blankets as you can stand. This will promote sweating. Feel free to drink as much of this tea as desired.
