Day Nine

 

 

March 18, 2018 ~ You can use my regimen as a guideline to create your own.

- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)

- 7:15am ~ Morning Quickie smoothie.

- 8:30am - 20 ounces of pure water

- 10:00am - Smoothie "Jump Around " - 20oz

- 11:15am - 16 oz of pure water

- 12:00pm - Power Nap for 30- 40 Minutes

- 1:15pm - The Goodness Smoothie -

- 2:00 pm- 16 ounces of pure water

3:00pm - Just Dew It - 16oz

- 4:30pm - 12oz of "True Blood"

- 5:00pm - Water - 16oz

- 6:30pm - 16oz of "The Real V8 "

- 9:15pm - 16oz of "What's Up Doc "

- 11:00pm - Sleeping
