- Upon waking up at 10:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 11:00am ~ Juiced 8 Red Apples
- 11:15am - 10 ounces of pure water
- 1:00pm - Juiced Carrots and Spinach- 20oz
- 2:15pm - 16 oz of pure water
- 3:00pm - Broke my spiritual fast by making phone call
- 4:15pm - 16 oz of pure water
- 4:45pm - Garden of Eden Smoothie -
- 6:30pm - 12oz of "Beet it "
- 7:00pm - Lemon Water - 10oz
- 9:30pm - 16oz of "The Real V8 " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Dandelion
- 11:30pm - Sleeping
