- I woke up naturally at 3:45am fully energized. I tried to go back to sleep but I wasn't successful. Drink 10oz of water
- 4:40am - Gym 1 Hour of low intensity cardio (bicycling) Drinking water the entire time. 16oz
- 6:25am ~ Vegan Protein Smoothie [ 4 frozen bannans, 3 dates, hemp milk, grounded flaxseed (1 tablespoon), organic vanella extract (1 tablespoon) and handfull of spinach. .
- 6:45am - Nap 1 hour minutes
- 8:15am - Don't Bite That Apple 20oz
- 9:00am - Pure Water - 10oz
- 10:30am - 10 oz of pure water
- 12:00pm - Island Child Smoothie 16oz
- 1:15pm - Lemon Water - 8oz
3:00pm - Make my last smoothie of the day Spirulina Smoothie - 16oz
- 5:00pm - 12oz of "Carrots and Spinach"
- 6:30pm - Water - 12oz
- 8:30pm - 16oz of "The Real V8 " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Dandelion
- 11:00pm - Sleeping
