- Upon waking up at 4:30am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 6:15am ~The Goodness smoothie.16oz
- 8:30am - 10 ounces of pure water
- 10:00am - Smoothie "Jump Around" - 20oz
- 11:15am - 8 oz of pure water
- 12:00pm - 8oz of Apple Juice (green apples)
- 1:15pm -Carrot and Spinach Juice - 16oz
3:00pm - Make my last smoothie of the day Citrus Swizzle - 16oz
- 4:30pm - 12oz of Water
- 5:00pm - 20 minutue Power Nap
- 6:30pm - 16oz of "Mean Green Machine " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Dandelion
- 9:15pm - 16oz of "What's Up Doc "
- 11:30pm - Sleeping
