Day Nineteen

 

 

March 28, 2013 ~ You can use my regimen as a guideline to create your own.

- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)

- 6:30am - 4 ounces of liquid cholorphyll, 2 ounces of fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of Grade B Maple Syruop and 8 ounces of Water

- 7:35am ~ Morning Quickie smoothie.

- 8:30am - 8 ounces of pure water

- 10:00am - Smoothie "Jump Around " - 20oz

- 11:15am - 6 oz of pure water

- 12:00pm - Pure Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

- 1:15pm - The Goodness Smoothie - 16oz

- 3:00pm - 8 large leaves of kale, 1 beet and 9 carrots- 24oz

- 4:30pm - 10 oz of pure water

- 6:30pm - 16oz of "The Real V8 " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Kelp

- 9:15pm - 16oz of "What's Up Doc "

- 11:00pm - Sleeping
