- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 7:15am ~ Bahama Boom Boom .
- 8:30am - 20 ounces of pure water
- 10:00am - "Citrus Swizzle " - 20oz
- 11:15am - 16 oz of pure water
- 12:00pm - 100% Carrot Juice - 16oz
- 1:15pm - My Blackberry Juice - 16oz
- 1:30pm - Power Nap - 30 Minutes
- 4:30pm - 12oz of "Liver Lover "
- 5:00pm - Water - 16oz
- 6:30pm - 16oz of "Kundalini" with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Fenugreek
- 7:00pm - Water - 16oz
- 9:15pm - 16oz of "Go-Go Juice "
- 9:40pm - Water - 10oz
- 11:00pm - Sleeping
