- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 7:15am ~ Pure Grapefruit Juice . Juiced 4 Grapefruits
- 8:30am - 20 ounces of pure water
- 10:00am - "What's Up Doc " - 20oz
- 11:15am - 16 oz of pure water
- 12:00pm - Power Nap for 30- 40 Minutes
- 1:15pm - The Real V8 Juice -
- 4:30pm - 12oz of Juiced Carrots and Kale
- 5:00pm - Water - 16oz
- 6:30pm - 16oz of "Badda Bing! Badda Bang!" with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Fenugreek
- 9:15pm - 16oz of "What's Up Doc "
- 10:30pm - Sleeping
