Day Twenty-One

March 24, 2012 ~ Post Transition Diet

 

Be Sure To Chew Your Food Well

- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)

- 7:15am ~ Jump Around smoothie. I added my supplements to this smoothie. The Supplements I added are Blood Cleanser, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Lobelia. I made 16 ounces of this Smoothie

- 8:10am - 20 ounces of pure water

- 9:00am - Bowl of Fruit - 1/2 Pineapple and 2 Apples

- 10:10am - 20 ounces of pure water

- 11:15am - 2 Mangoes

- 1:00pm - Eggplant with Tomato Sauce

- 2:00pm - Water - 20oz

- 3:00pm - Caribbean Sweet Potato Salad

- 4:30pm - Water - 20oz

- 5:00pm - A big bowl of dehydrated Kale and Spinach Chips (snack)

- 5:30pm - Water - 20oz

- 6:30pm - 16oz of "True Blood " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Fenugreek

- 8:30pm - Grilled Vegetables in Balsamic Tomato Sauce with CousCous

- 10:30pm - Sleeping
