Day Fifteen

 

March 18, 2012 ~ Spiritual Fasting Day

 

Be Sure To Chew Your Food Well

- Upon waking up at 6:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)

- 7:15am ~ Morning Quickie smoothie. I added my supplements to this smoothie. The Supplements I added are Blood Cleanser, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Lobelia. I made 16 ounces of this Smoothie

- 8:10am - 10 ounces of pure water

- 9:00am - Bowl of Fruit - 1 Red Grapefruit and 3 Kiwis

- 11:15am - Bowl of Fruit - 3 nectarines and 2 cups of pineapples

- 1:00pm - The Goodness Smoothie - 16oz with the following supplements added to it MSM, Probiotics, Flaxseed Oil and Vitamin D3. I also consume 1 capsule of Turmeric Extract orally with my smoothie.

- 3:00pm - Sauteed Shatike Mushrooms over a bed of baby spinach with garlic sauce.

- 4:30pm - Water - 16oz

- 5:00pm - A big bowl of dehydrated kale chips (snack)

- 6:30pm - 16oz of "The Real V8 " with the following supplements added to it Blood Cleanser, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil and Fenugreek

- 8:00pm - Vegetable Soup with extra okra

- 11:00pm - Sleeping
