1 Week Pre-Diet Prep

 

We are one week away from starting our 21-Day Juice Fast . This is the week to remove the following from your diet/lifestyle.

Remove these foods form your diet this week. On Wednesday we all should be eating a relatively raw food diet. Fruits, natural whole grains, vegetables and soups (meatless). Continue eating these food items until Saturday evening or Sunday morning before sunrise.

DO NOT PIG OUT ON FOOD THE DAY BEORE THE FAST!!!!!!

 

How to Juice Vegetables Using a Blender

We have people all around the world participating in our 21-Day Healing Juice Fast. Many people in other countries asked if they can participate using only a blender because they can't find or buy a juicer. This video explains in detail how to use a blender to juice vegetables.

**NOTE** It's very important to always cut the harder vegetables into small pieces. You must add between 2 - 4 cups of water before and during the blending session.

Blend together for 3 - 4 Minutes. More or less depending upon the quality of your juicer. Strain the vegetables with either a nut bag, cheese cloth or strainer. Once you finish straining the pulp out, pour it into a glass and enjoy!

How to Break-Up With Your Food

 

This Sunday we will start a first annual 21-Day Healing Juice Fast. Many of use will be embracing a new eating lifestyle after the completion of the fast. This video will explain how we should have closure with the food we wish to eliminate out of our diets forever.
