Cancellation Policy and No Shows

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a $50 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. The same goes for those who fail to show up or call during their scheduled appointment time.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve massages, pamper packages, online personal training, phone consultations or any type of services offered outside of the Celestial Healing Wellness Center.

No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations received less than 1 week prior to a scheduled event are eligible for a 25% refund. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
