During our personal training session we discover your strengths, weaknesses and goals (both short and long term). I will instruct you on what nutritional habits you can alter to improve your health goals in addition to documenting your health history and past fitness regimen. All sessions include a FREE consultation and fitness analyzes. I do not charge by the hour but by the session. Sessions can last from 60 - 90 minutes.
