I offer a wide range of services to support my client’s health

- Injury Rehabilitation
- Life Coaching to help with scheduling, motivation, and the emotional challenges
that can come up around body issues and food

- Nutritional Eating Plan
- Vitamin and Herbal Supplementation
In our one-on-one sessions we can cover:
- Resistance (weights, bands, body weight)
- Core strength (ball workouts and pilates)
- Flexibility (passive and resistance stretching, yoga)
- Cardiovascular (running, walking, bike riding, aerobics)
All Personal Fitness Programs are $35 an hour. Personal program
packages are available upon request.
