March 11, 2012 ~ You can use my regimen as a guideline to create your own.
- Upon waking up at 10:00am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 11:00am ~ Make my Island Child smoothie. I added my supplements to this smoothie. The Supplements I added are Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Lobelia. I made 20 ounces of this Smoothie
- 11:15am - 10 ounces of pure water
- 1:00pm - Juiced Carrots and Spinach- 20oz
- 2:15pm - 16 oz of pure water
- 4:15pm - 16 oz of pure water
- 4:45pm - Garden of Eden Smoothie - 16oz with the following supplements added to it Ginkgo Biloba, Probiotics, Flaxseed Oil and Vitamin D3. I also consume 1 capsule of Turmeric Extract orally with my smoothie.
- 6:30pm - 12oz of "Beet it "
- 7:00pm - Lemon Water - 10oz
- 11:30pm - Sleeping
