- Upon waking up at 7:00am drink 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 7:45am - At the gym for 1 hour. Thirty minutes of low intensity cardio and 30 Minutes of resistance training. Drinking Detox Juice 16oz and water 10oz
- 9:30am - 16 ounces of pure water
- 10:00am - Smoothie "Hemp Milk and Bananas" - 20oz
- 11:15am - 8 oz of pure water
- 12:00pm - Power Nap for 30 Minutes
3:00pm - Make my last smoothie of the day Irie Man - 16oz
- 4:30pm - 12oz of "Liver Lover "
- 5:00pm - Water - 12oz
- 9:00pm - Live TV Interview for 1 hour and I'll be drinking 20oz of water during the broadcast.
- 11:00pm - Sleeping
