March 5, 2012 ~ You can use my regimen as a guideline to create your own.
- Upon waking up at 6:30am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 8:00am ~ Make my Island Child smoothie. I added my supplements to this smoothie. The Supplements I added are Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Lobelia. I made 20 ounces of this Smoothie
- 9:15am - 10 ounces of pure water
- 10:00am - Smoothie "Irie Man " - 20oz
- 11:15am - 8 oz of pure water
- 12:30pm - Power Nap for 30 Minutes
- 1:15pm - Garden of Eden Smoothie - 16oz with the following supplements added to it Ginkgo Biloba, Probiotics, Flaxseed Oil and Vitamin D3. I also consume 1 capsule of Turmeric Extract orally with my smoothie.
3:00pm - Make my last smoothie of the day Booty Shaker - 16oz
- 4:30pm - 12oz of "Beet it "
- 5:00pm - Lemon Water - 10oz
- 9:15pm - 16oz of "Go-Go Juice "
- 9:45pm - Detox Bath
- 11:00pm - Sleeping
