Here is a list of my liquid intake, the amount, time and supplements. You can use my regimen as a guideline to create your own. Please keep in mind that I am a very big female. Since I'm taller and weigh heavier than your "average" woman, my liquid consumption is greater.
- Upon waking up at 7:30am I started drinking 10oz of Lemon Water (The Health Benefits of Lemon Water)
- 8:30am ~ Blend my smoothie Irie Man. I added my supplements to this smoothie. The Supplements I added are Blood Cleanser, Dr Akilah Detox, Probiotics, Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil and Lobelia. I made 28 ounces of this Smoothie and finished it by 9:15am
- 10:30am - 8 ounces of pure water
- 11:45am - "Kundalini" 1 Grapefruit, 3 Red Apples, 1 Large Cucumber - 16oz
- 12:30pm - Exericse at the gym [60 minutes brisk walk on the treadmill] I'm drinking water the entire time. - 16oz
- 2:15pm - Make my last smoothie of the day "Garden of Eden" - 20oz with the following supplements added to it Ginkgo Biloba, Probiotics, Flaxseed Oil and Vitamin D3. I also consume 1 capsule of Turmeric Extract orally with my smoothie.
- 4:30pm - 12oz of "What's Up Doc"
- 9:15pm - 16oz of "Badda Bing! Badda Bang! "
- 10:30pm - Sleeping
